Una revista canadiense dedica su numero a las mujeres más relevantes y amorosas en torno al consumo, legalización, y producción de marihuana.

Mientras se lleva a cabo una serie de conferencias dedicadas a discutir la relación entra las mujeres y la marihuana en la cultura contemporánea,  organizada por NORML Women’s Alliance, en Portland, la revista canadiense Skunk dedica su último número a las 100 mujeres más relevantes de la marihuana: The Top 100 Women of Weed.

Skunk es la publicación más popular en Canadá sobre la cultura ganja y decidió dedicar su última edición exclusivamente al poder femenino en torno a la marihuana: las principales activistas, consumidoras, productoras, y promotoras del uso y legalización de esta planta.

En la lista seleccionada por Skunk se incluye a modelos, editoras, actrices, activistas, escritoras, que gustan de fumar unos porros de vez en cuando y que se han manifestado abiertamente, cada una desde su respectiva trinchera, a favor de la marihuana.

Entre las integrantes de este celebrable listado destacan algunos nombres como los de Ariana Huffington, editora del famoso sitio de noticias, la siempre risueña Cameron Diaz, la actriz Barbara Streisand, Megan Fox, la cantante canadiense Alanis Morissette, la hija de Paul McCartney y diseñadora Stella McCartney, y las viudas de Bom Barley, Rita, de Hunter S. Thompson, Anita, así como la esposa del buen Tommy Chong.
